Guwahati is situated in the North Eastern Part of India blessed with enormous natural beauties. Lying between the Brahmaputra river and the Shillong Plateau, Guwahati straddles the valley of the river Bharalu which is a small tributary of the Brahmaputra. Located within Guwahati is the ancient Shakti temple of Goddess Kamakhya in Nilachal hill (an important seat of Tantric and Vajrayana Buddhism), the ancient and unique astrological temple Navagraha in Chitrachal Hill, and archaeological remains in Basistha and other archaeological locations of mythological importance.

Shillong the capital and hill station of Meghalaya, also known as "The Abode of Clouds", one of the smallest states in India. It is said that the rolling hills around the town reminded the European settlers of Scotland. Hence, they would also refer to it as the "Scotland of the East".The city lies in the centre of the plateau and is surrounded by hills, three of which are revered in Khasi tradition: Lum Sohpetbneng, Lum Diengiei and Lum Shillong.

Kaziranga National Park having area of 430 sq-kms, is inhabited by the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as many mammals, including tigers, elephants, panthers and bears, and thousands of birds. In 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Delhi-Guwahati-Shillong-Cherrapunjee-Mawlynnong-Kaziranga-Guwahati-Delhi

Kolkata-Guwahati -Shillong: Arrival at Guwahati and get transferred to Shillong. Enroute visit Umium Lake. Arrive Shillong. Later visit Don Bosco Museum, Lady Hydari Park, and Wards Lake. Dinner & Overnight stay in Shillong.

Cherrapunjee Day Trip: After breakfast proceed for a day trip to Cherrapunji (55 Kms/2 hours) second wettest place on earth. Visit Elephanta falls, Nawkhalikai falls, Mawsmai Caves, Dwan Syiem View Point, Eco Park, Seven sister waterfalls. Evening return to Shillong. Dinner & Overnight stay in Shillong.

Shillong – Mawlynnong: After breakfast proceed to Mawlynnong village, situated 90 kms ahead of Shillong. It is the cleanest village in Asia. Enjoy the sightseeing of the village in paved walkways and beautiful flowerbed all along mark the village, visit Living Root Bridge acacia plantation and an excellent view of the faraway plains of Bangladesh all contribute to the ambience of this village. Return back to Shillong in evening. Dinner & Overnight Stay at Shillong.

Shillong - Kaziranga: After Breakfast proceeds for Kaziranga which is around 325 kms and takes around 7 hours drive - the home of the “One Horned Rhinoceros”. Check -in to Resort, Dinner & Overnight at Kaziranga. Kaziranga - Guwahati: Morning go for Elephant Safari / Jeep Safari in the Central Range. Later proceed to Guwahati which is around 250 kms and takes around 4 Hours. Evening free time with family. Dinner & overnight stay in Guwahati.

Maa Kamakhya Darshan: After breakfast proceed for Kamakhya Darshan. Situated on top of the Nilachal Hill, Maa Kamakhya Temple is the most sacred among the tantrik shrines of Shakti worship in the world. Temple doors remain open for devotees in the following timings: 08:00 am to 01:00 pm & 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Visit Kalakshetra & Bajali Temple and return process to Station/ Airport for your home sweet home with wondeful memories.
