Trip to Delhi — Best Itinerary

New Delhi is the Capital of India and its often referred as Dilwalo ki Dilli. Its a vibrant, bustling metropolitan capital.

When we plan our trip to Delhi, we often think that we will be covering all of it within one-two days, which is actually not possible. You can explore it in 2 days but it will be not upto the satisfactory level. I will suggest you some place which can be covered in 3 days trip to Delhi.

Day 1:

1. Start your day with Qutub Minar

2. Followed by Lotus Temple

3. Humayun Tomb

4. Nizamuddin Dargah

5. Rashtrapati Bhavan and nearby

7. Connaught Place

8. And end of the day at India Gate

Day 2:

1. Again re-start your day by visiting Red Fort

2. Followed by exploring Chandni Chowk for saree and lenga shopping

3. Having Old Delhi food

4. Visit Raj Ghat next

5. Straight away head to Akshardham Temple.

6. It will be almost evening till the time you are out of Akshardham Temple

7. So head to either Lajpat Nagar Market or Sarojini Nagar Market for your must doing task while in Delhi.

8. End of the day. You won't like to go around anywhere else today after a huge amount of shopping here.

Day 3:

1. This is the last day at Delhi so start your day by visiting Delhi Haat near INA market.

2. Head to National Rail Museum for a very unique experience

3. National Museum (if it's still not gone under renovation)

4. Andhra Pradesh Bhawan for unlimited food thali

5. Go to Waste of Wonders for clicking pictures with the replica of Wonders of World made from waste.

6. End your day with a happy note
